November Lookahead

Firstly, well done to everyone who took part in the Club Road Champs earlier today — lots of great results :-)

Once again we have another month packed full of activities.

This Friday (6th) is the annual curry night. Places are still available if you are sitting on the fence.

Sunday (8th) is Remembrance Sunday and, as in previous years, Andy Howey will be organising the trail run to the Airman's 'Grave’ on Ashdown Forest for the short memorial service and wreath laying. We will be joined once again by runners from Crowborough and Lingfield running clubs so this should be a sociable outing. It’s a lovely run on the Forest with both short and long options available. Please see the email that Andy sent out earlier for details of timings and where to meet. He has also provided an excellent summary of the historical significance of this event.

Cross Country continues to dominate weekends until the end of the year. If you would like to take part but haven’t signed up yet, please see the sign up event

on Spond and/or contact Robin or Jillian your Cross Country captains.
