The Bob Whyte Trophy – for athletic achievement

2025 WINNER: LUCILLE JOANNES

Introduced in 1992, this silver cup is awarded to the club member who has achieved their goals and striven to be the best athlete they can be.

The award was introduced to recognise the early contributions to the club of the Rev Bob Whyte, who was a founder member and first Chairman of Tunbridge Wells Runners in 1982, while he was the curate at St Paul’s Church in Rusthall.

Club members vote for the recipient from a short list of members.
