Welfare & Safeguarding

Although safeguarding is the responsibility of all club members, led by the club committee, Tunbridge Wells Harriers as a UK Athletics affiliated club, has designated Club Welfare Officers whose responsibility is to manage and report concerns about adults at risk. The Club Welfare Officers role is to ensure that everyone in the club has a safe and positive experience at the club.

If you have any concerns about the safety and welfare of yourself or another member of the club, please speak to Julie McPherson, Club Welfare Officer or Colin Ricketts, Assistant Welfare Officer or email welfare@twharriers.org.uk. Alternatively, you can complete the Adult Safeguarding Form and send to welfare@twharriers.org.uk and/or send to the UK Athletics Safeguarding Team at safeguarding@uka.org.uk.

Please find below copies of our important documents, together with the Adult Safeguarding Report Form.
